Introducing Hoola-Fit, a one-hour fitness class led by an ACE certified instructor, Jenn Thompson, utilizing handmade hula hoops, to achieve cardio heart rate & total body toning. Proven to burn up to 420 calories per class. Instructor will provide hula hoops. Bring your positive attitude & water!
