In this childbirth education course you will work side by side with your partner learning the skills needed for comfort in labor. You will also learn basic terminology and options for your birth so that you feel empowered and confident to have the birth you desire.

Interventions vs. alternative solutions
The "Golden" first hour
Newborn procedures
Immediate postpartum care
