This fun and playful 30-minute yoga class is designed especially for children ages 4 to 7.
They will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises to help improve focus, strength, and flexibility, while also fostering a calm mind and gaining tools to manage stress in their daily lives. Kids yoga may include music, games, and stories. Each class will end with a period of mindful relaxation.
All equipment is provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer!
